Shoppers are voicing their frustration after an update resulted in listings displaying inaccurate size information.
The popular resale platform has updated its size classifications for women's and children's garments without notifying every member regarding the update.

Numerous buyers and vendors have taken to social media claiming that product pages now present a modified sizing category than originally posted because of the remapping.
The platform stated the new system was more in line with similar services.
It has advised users to examine their items and adjust the sizing manually if necessary, which has left users frustrated.
Size Classification Changes
Before the change, the measurements included numerical and alphabetical indicators, such as S/8 or M/10.
The new system has an alphabetical indicator and numerical range like S/UK 8-10.
With some products, the size labels have been reassigned - such as a large size was previously a 12 but currently displays as UK 16-18.
Shopper Experiences
A fashion influencer, who makes TikTok content about plus-size fashion, explained the modification "makes transactions more difficult".
"Rarely do manufacturers list XL as sizes 20-22," the way the service now categorizes.
A different member, based in Glasgow, stated items she posted with size 14 tags were appearing on the platform as measurements 20-22.
"If buyers measuring 20-22 acquire them they may become frustrated," she stated.
Manual Updates
Charlotte Lunn, from Derby, stated she felt frustrated due to the update requiring manual adjustment the sizes on "every single listing".
"This situation is especially annoying, because of my ongoing medical condition and platform income has been essential after experiencing income reduction," she explained.

The app has more than 100 million users, comprising 18 million UK members.
It has become a favored option versus similar marketplaces including eBay and Depop.
This is not the initial instance when a surprising modification to the app has proved unpopular: earlier, Vinted reversed a change concerning shipment methods following member complaints.
