This incident resulted in the partial closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

An additional two individuals have been arrested related to a theft at Heathrow Airport where 21 people sustained injuries by what is thought to be an irritant spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in Lambeth for suspected theft and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. They both are still being held, the force said.

These detentions come after a probe into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the attack, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their suitcases after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was one of the injured in the event. A total of five individuals went to hospital for medical care and have since been released.

Officers detained a 31-year-old man for suspected theft and assault close to the scene. He was subsequently released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Police were alerted at about 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding a number of people injured by an irritating chemical believed to be an irritant spray.

The attack - an event that authorities stated was a standalone incident and not considered an act of terror - resulted in delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 car park briefly.
